Alanis Morissette

Alanis Nadine's mother was born in Ottawa, Canada, on the 1st of June 1974. Alanis' Greek is a female form of the name Alan's father's. Her mother's name is Georgia and she has two brothers, Chad and Wade (Alanis"Twin). When she was just 6, she learned how to play the piano. At 21, she became at the age of 21, she began playing guitar. Alanis dropped a single in 1986, titled Fate Stay With Me (b-side : Find The Right Man). Within Canada, Alanis recorded two dance-pop records: Alanis (in 1991) and Now Is The Time in 1992. When she was 18, she relocated to Toronto where she worked with numerous musicians and songwriters, but they didn't seem to work. Her first love came to her in the year 1994: Glen Ballard. He had previously worked with artists including Aretha, Michael Jackson, and Barbra. She moved to LA when she was 19. on June 13, 1995 "Jagged Little Pill" was made available by Madonna's Maverick Records. Alanis's tracks were autobiographical. JLP is the third-highest-seller album in the history of music and has been purchased thirty million times across the world.
